How delivery and postage works

After you start your order, I’ll email the address and simple instructions. You can either deliver your tapes to me in Exeter or send them by Royal Mail Tracked.

What optional HD enhancement can do

Enhancement is £10 per tape and can improve brightness, colour balance, clarity and reduce some grain or noise. It cannot repair missing footage or completely fix severe tape damage, but it can make many old recordings more pleasant to watch on modern screens.

Why isn’t the full address shown on the website?

Because this is a careful home-based local service, the delivery/postal address is sent privately by email once you start your order. This keeps the process secure while still making it simple to get your tapes to me.

Your original tapes are returned safely with your USB. Tapes are not outsourced. USB is included. The minimum order charge is £25. If you’re unsure of the format, send me a quick photo.

Terms and sensible small print
